GP Hero Turns 2: Building Heroes, Empowering Clinics for Success

GP Hero celebrates 2nd Anniversary

Central Visayas, Philippines (February 19, 2024) – GP Hero, a leading provider of administrative support for Australian General Practices, celebrated its 2nd anniversary with a vibrant gathering at Hotel Essencia on February 16th. The event, attended by 80 passionate heroes and staffs, solidified the company’s commitment to camaraderie, synergy, and teamwork, all fueled by a singular purpose: helping Australian clinics thrive.

Celebrating Achievements, Embracing Values

The evening kicked off with an opening prayer by Demie Jane Castaños and an inspiring success story shared by May Ann Abrasado. Throughout the night, laughter and joy filled the air as everyone enjoyed delicious food, lively music, and a much-anticipated awards ceremony led by the new Operations Manager, Moore Narciso Jr., HR Manager, Cherrie Tebio, and the dedicated leadership team.

Beyond the festivities, the event emphasized GP Hero’s core values: Stay Calm, Add Sparkle, Do It Right, and Go All In. These values are more than just words; they are the company’s lifeblood, reflecting the passion, dedication, and excellence that define its people. They represent a promise to themselves, a commitment to each other, and a pledge to the industry they serve.

Empowering Practices, Creating Heroes

GP Hero’s mission is simple yet powerful: to empower Australian General Practices to fight and thrive. They achieve this by building a team of General Practice Heroes – their highly educated and hardworking team in the Philippines. By taking on administrative burdens, GP Hero frees onshore staff to focus on what truly matters: exceptional patient care.

A Story of Remarkable Growth

Founded in February 2022, GP Hero began as an innovative solution to the challenges faced by General Practices. From a humble team of 10 serving just 4 clients, they have experienced remarkable growth, now boasting 85 dedicated professionals supporting a clientele base of 48. This impressive expansion is a testament to their dedication to quality service, employee satisfaction, and client success.

Client Impact & A Vision for the Future

GP Hero’s impact is undeniable. Clients consistently express their appreciation for the transformative impact the company has had on their practices. With administrative tasks seamlessly handled offshore, onshore staff can dedicate themselves to superior customer service, while practice managers enjoy greater operational efficiency and owners experience a calmer, more focused work environment.

Looking ahead, GP Hero is driven by an ambitious vision: to become the go-to partner for every Australian General Practice within the next decade. With their unwavering commitment to empowering clinics, creating heroes, and upholding their core values, there’s no doubt they are well on their way to achieving this goal.
